| Guess I haven't posted since April. Looking at all my contacts pages, i see neither have they. I'm done with this whole xanga phase and don't care to delve into the world of my space. If i want to talk to someone i will set up a date with them or call them up on the telli. ANywho-in case anyone out of touch is trying to check up on me i got married. Dan and I are loving our life together after almost three months now of marriage. It has been the biggest blessing of my life. We are currently looking for a church to settle into for a spell. | Oh there are buds on trees, green grass, blue skies, yellow flowers....God is so good! I got a second job working for a home aid agency caring for elderly. It came at just the right time and Iv'e been getting quite a few hrs more than i thought so it has been quite a blessing. There are only 116 days left to the wedding! less than 4 months..it is better to try just thinking about this week and then next week when it gets here because I am so exited to live with my Dan! I am going to live with a boy. what?! it seems so right because i can't imaging my life without him and it is so hard not being with him every day but as a girl iv'e never been allowed to have a boy roomate so it seems so strange to think about | | |
| I gave my first private art lesson this morning. A woman at church asked me if I gave lessons because she wanted to get her 5th grade homeschooler an art class. Why didn't I think of this before? what easy money. Praise the Lord! Hopefully I will pick up a few more students through my homeschool roots conections. THis Akiane girl from the book I read this weekend is incredible. She is a child prodigy of painting and poetry. She has been doing 3x4 foot and larger oil paintings since the age of eight which looks like a professional adults work. He gives her these visions which she paints, her mom asked akiane at llike age 5 how she knew how to paint like this and the girl said GOd tought her. He was her Father, He took her to heaven, and teaches her how to paint. Being athiests and homeschooling their children, Akiane was never even exposed to the word God before. Anyway, I thought the whole thing of her going to heaven and whatnot sounded like abig load of crazy crap but after reading her story I believe it. WHy not? If God mulitplies fish, makes dead people walk, and took john to heaven why not talk to a little girl and have her paint for HIm? | | |
| One of the happiest smells of my life comes from walking into office max. All the perfume of fresh paper hits your nose as soon as those automatic doors part. hmmmmm. I Made a ham, potato, corn chowder expermant tonight. It turned out really well, specially for my first ham-hock boiling. | | |
